iconCFD 3.0 - MODULARIZED. INDUSTRIALIZED. CUSTOMIZED.
iconCFD is a modular, fully supported CFD process based in part on open source technology. Open source solving and meshing tools offer customers a cost-effective and customisable solution to fulfil their CFD simulation requirements. The limiting factors for adopting open source-based processes in industry can be either the lack of technical support, quality assurance or robust, easy-to-use process from CAD clean-up and meshing to post-processing. Instrumental in industrialization of open source CFD technology, ICON introduced iconCFD as an answer to these problems.
The modularized setup meets the requirements of different industry sectors and allows superior customized solutions. iconCFD provides a robust framework for open source CFD developments. The kernel libraries and utilities on which other iconCFD open source modules depend include linear solvers, discretisation schemes, general boundary conditions, turbulence models, pre- and post-processing utilities, conversion to and from 3rd party formats etc. iconCFD Process is designed as the key supporting tool for all of the modules available in iconCFD.

Our previous CFD product line ICON FOAMpro is discontinued and will not be developed further.
